Policies

Payment
Personal checks and cash are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service. Packaged session certificates and gift certificates must be surrendered at the time of service. Returned checks will incur an additional charge.
Refunds
All purchases are non-refundable. Lost or destroyed certificates will not be honored, replaced or refunded. Certificates, discounts or other offers may not be redeemed for cash.
Appointments
Appointments are usually required and always recommended. It is best to schedule well in advance to obtain the date and time you desire. However, clients can often be accommodated on short notice. Call 404.630.4097 to schedule or inquire.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments may result in denial of future appointments or cash deposits prior to issuing future appointments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
For both cancellations and rescheduling, a 24-hour notice prior to your original appointment is required. Every effort will be made to accommodate your scheduling needs, but short notice may limit rescheduling options.
Late Arrivals
If you foresee that you will be late for your appointment, please call as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate you. However, be aware that your session may be shortened or rescheduled as circumstances dictate. The full session price still applies if a session must be shortened due to a late arrival.
Cell Phones & Electronic Devices
To obtain the best experience possible from your session, it is paramount that distractions be reduced to a minimum. It is preferable that any devices which may interfere with your session be turned off. If you require your device to be on, set it to silent or vibrate mode.
Accompanying Children
Childcare is not provided. It is highly recommended that childcare arrangements be made prior to your session to provide a distraction-free, relaxing atmosphere.
Confidentiality
All client information is maintained in the strictest confidence. At no time is client or session information shared with anyone for any reason. If you require any information to be shared regarding your therapy, a release authorization must be completed and signed by you.
Inappropriate Conduct
Absolutely no conduct, behavior, solicitation, suggestion or act of an inappropriate and/or sexual nature will be tolerated at any time.
